Yes. Call of Heart Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 88-1234567). All donations are tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by US law. You will receive a donation receipt by email within 24 hours of your donation being confirmed.
We provide GPS-timestamped photo documentation for every delivery. Donors receive photo proof within 5–7 days of their donation being confirmed. Our logistics are independently audited by Deloitte Ukraine annually. Our overhead is 7.2% — meaning 92.8% of your donation directly funds Ukrainian aid.
We accept Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Ethereum (ETH), PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, international bank wire transfer, and cash/check by certified mail. Cryptocurrency donations are accepted 24/7 with no processing fees.
Absolutely. You can choose any active campaign and your funds will be directed exclusively to that campaign's purpose. If you prefer, you can also make a general donation and our team will allocate it to the highest-need campaign.
We welcome volunteers in logistics, communications, legal aid, and translation. Contact us at volunteers@callofheart.org with your skills, location, and availability. We conduct background checks and provide full training for all volunteers.
Crypto donations are converted to USD or Ukrainian hryvnia at the time of use, depending on the needs of the specific campaign. We maintain a reserve policy to protect against volatility. Donors receive a receipt showing the USD fair market value on the day of donation, which is what is used for tax purposes.
