Step 1: Verification

Every donation above $100 triggers our verification protocol. Our finance team confirms receipt within 2 hours and assigns a tracking number. Donors receive an automated email with this number and can use it to track their impact in real time through our donor portal.

Step 2: Procurement

For military supplies, we work with a vetted network of 12 suppliers in Poland, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic — all NATO allies with export licenses for non-lethal military equipment. Our procurement team negotiates bulk prices, often achieving 30-40% savings compared to individual purchases.

Step 3: Cross-Border Logistics

Supplies move through official border crossings under documentation provided by the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense. Our logistics partner, a Warsaw-based NGO, handles customs clearance. Transit time from purchase to Ukrainian territory: 18-36 hours.

Step 4: Last-Mile Delivery
